199 Fremont is a Class A high-rise office building centrally located South of Market in downtown San Francisco that was constructed in 2000.

Also, the building is located close to freeway access in order to avoid downtown congestion.

We have created this online Tenant Information Manual in order to familiarize you with the services, operating policies, emergency procedures, and other details pertinent to your tenancy at 199 Fremont.

While we have attempted to provide as much information as possible, we can not cover every situation so please feel free to contact the Office of the Building with any questions or concerns.
