Welcome to 199 Fremont. We are excited that you
have selected this building as your place of business
and we look forward to providing you with excellent
service.
199 Fremont is a Class A high-rise office building
centrally located South of Market in downtown San
Francisco that was constructed in 2000.
Flexibility into the 21st century is the design
mandate of 199 Fremont. The floor plates are virtually
column free and dramatic floor to ceiling exterior
windows provide abundant natural light to the interior.
The site includes an outdoor poetry/sculpture garden,
child care center, tenant exclusive fitness center,
coffee shop, dentist office, sundry store, and the
award winning Town Hall Restaurant.
In addition, the building is centrally located two
blocks south of the financial district which provides
for easy walking access to and from BART, Muni, and
all regional buses and ferries.
Also, the building is located close to freeway access
in order to avoid downtown congestion.
We have created this online Tenant Information Manual
in order to familiarize you with the services, operating
policies, emergency procedures, and other details
pertinent to your tenancy at 199 Fremont.
While we have attempted to provide as much information
as possible, we can not cover every situation so
please feel free to contact the Office of the Building
with any questions or concerns. The office is open
Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and
we would be happy to meet and discuss any questions
you might have regarding operations at 199 Fremont.
