Pursuant to the terms of most Lease agreements, rent payments are due by the first day of each month. Checks should be made payable to GLL BIT Fremont Street Partners, L.P..

Invoices reflecting rent payment due, as well as any other charges incurred during the previous month, are sent to each Tenant on or about the 25th day of each month.
