Control over office building keys issued is an integral part of the overall security system. All lock or latch sets and other door hardware must be building standard. Therefore, if changes are required, they must be approved/obtained through Property Management and Engineering.

Requests for additional keys can be made through the on-line work order system.

Property Management may not be able to assist any Tenant who is locked out of its office during non-business hours. After hours, the Tenant’s employees should have the ability to contact its Office Manager or someone else in the firm to gain access.
