HVAC shall be provided Monday through Friday, From 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and on Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. (noon), excepting Holidays.
If a Tenant requires HVAC service during non-standard operating hours or on Holidays, the Tenant must notify the Office of the Building a minimum of 24 hours in advance and must pay all charges incurred, whether assessed at flat rates, measured by separate meters or prorated. If your firm has a direct HVAC input station, then after hours HVAC requirements will be handled by your organizations' facility department.
