Deliveries
All deliveries need to be coordinated through
the Office of the Building (except standard UPS,
FedX, DHL, etc.) so that we can verify the certificate
of insurance of the delivering company and check
the access form submitted by the tenant.
During loading dock hours of 6:30 a.m. to 4:00
p.m. there is a 20 minute limit at the loading
dock in order to accommodate all the truck traffic.
Tenant’s expecting a large freight delivery
must schedule it with the Office of the Building.
Large freight deliveries shall be delivered Monday
through Friday, between 6:00 p.m. and 6 a.m. or
anytime on Saturday and Sunday with landlord approval.
Large freight deliveries shall be brought through
the loading dock. To access the tenant floors you
need to take the shuttle elevator from the loading
dock down to B1 and transfer to the building freight
elevator, which will provide access to all floors
(with the exception of the ground floor lobby).
Pallets are not allowed in the building.
Some freight deliveries require a security guard
if the loading dock gate needs to remain open while
the building is closed. Also, janitorial services
may be required depending on the amount of trash
generated from the delivery. Providing such services
will usually be determined at the time of the request,
before the delivery is made. All costs for providing
such services shall be at the cost of the tenant.
