Building hours of operation currently
are Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00
p.m., during which time the front and back lobbies
of the building are open for use. After-hours access
to the building is available through the front lobby
(off the plaza) at all times when the building is
not generally open. A guard is stationed in the front
lobby and a roving guard is on site
Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. until 7:00
p.m. There are video cameras located around the project.

Tenants and visitors must enter and exit the building
through the main lobby (Fremont Street).
199 Fremont is a secure building utilizing access
card technology. Building tenants need to present
appropriate identification, such as a building
issued access card or a valid ID so that Security
can verify the individual in our system.
Visitors will be provided access if accompanied
by a building tenant or electronically the tenant
can use our online system, One Facility, to enter
all visitors into the Security access system.
All messenger services need to be met at the lobby
level.
